Bushings are also called sleeves, or shaft bushings or axle sleeves. Based on different application of the users, tungsten carbide bushes are usually made of different tungsten carbide grades. The major two series of tungsten carbide grade is YG series and YN series. Generally speaking, YG series tungsten carbide bushes have higher transverse rupture strength, while YN series tungsten carbide bush resist corrosion better than the former one. For its specific uses, tungsten carbide bushes are often made with high accuracy, and owing to their perfect finish, precise dimension, durability and corrosion resistance, these are highly appreciated by the clients all around the world.
Applications 1) mainly to be used for rotating support, straighten, anti-push and seal of axle or moter, centrifuge, protector and separator of the submerged electric pump, in the oil field, such as slide bearing sleeve, motor axle sleeve, straighten bearing sleeve anti push bearing sleeve and seal axle sleeve. 2) used for drilling tool, called drilling bushings. also known as a jig bushing, is a tool used in metalworking jigs to guide cutting tools, most commonly drill bits. Other tools that are commonly used in a drill bushing include counter bores, countersinks, and reamers. They are designed to guide, position, and support the cutting tool.
